The Raisina Dialogue is India’s premier conference on geopolitics and geoeconomics committed to addressing the most challenging issues facing the global community. Every year, leaders in politics, business, media, and civil society converge in New Delhi to discuss the state of the world and explore opportunities for cooperation on a wide range of contemporary matters. The Dialogue is structured as a multi-stakeholder, cross-sectoral discussion, involving heads of state, cabinet ministers and local government officials, who are joined by thought leaders from the private sector, media and academia. The conference is hosted by the Observer Research Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India. This effort is supported by a number of institutions, organisations and individuals, who are committed to the mission of the conference. CyFy 2022 will gather thought leaders, policymakers, technologists, and civil society to examine the narratives and currents marking our relationship as individuals, communities, states, and enterprise with new and emerging technologies. ORF Kigali Global Dialogue 2022 brings together policymakers, academics, civil society, and the private sector from around the world to deliberate and devise solutions to critical sustainable development challenges facing the global community today. The three-day conference is co-hosted by the Observer Research Foundation, ORF America, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Rwanda. The inaugural edition of the dialogue saw the participation of more than 350 people from 50 countries. The last three years have witnessed geopolitical, social, ecological, and economic upheaval amplified by the exogenous shock of the pandemic.
